It’s Sunday.
We’re supposed to attend mass after the election thingy my dad had to attend and our urgent afternoon nap my mom & I had to take. I remember going to the loo (before going to dream land) and telling God that I’m sorry, because I actually admire people who don’t go to church but are more “Christian” than we.
Catholics usually don’t know what they’re praying; they just know what they’re going to ask God.
Don’t get me wrong. This is just my opinion NOW. It might change tomorrow, the day after, or in a month or so.
But then again, I can’t blame myself nor other people. Sometimes, we long for something exciting and more “community”. Sermons, for one, shouldn’t be boring, monotonous, and accusatory. Songs can be livelier and happier.
Many people can attest to it.
I guess, at the end of the day, we should just be mindful of who we’re worshiping, and why we should worship Him. After all, He deserves it.
The King deserves it.
In the days to come, help me God.
